Tasting Notes: Light and bright golden color. Beautiful, expressive nose of white fruits. Fresh and fruity on the palate. An excellent aperitif wine, it becomes a Kir when combined with crème de cassis. It pairs perfectly with grilled fish and oysters, but also with salads, tabbouleh, or steamed vegetables. Perfect with goat cheeses.
