PRODUCTS AND STORAGE

Yes, all our wines come directly from the producing wineries or certified importers. Each bottle has guaranteed traceability.

Wine should be stored horizontally, in a cool place (10-15°C), dark, and with humidity around 70%. Avoid temperature fluctuations, vibrations, and direct light.
How long does a wine last in the cellar?
It depends on the type: young whites 1-3 years, rosés 1-2 years, ready-to-drink reds 2-5 years, great aged reds 10-30+ years, vintage Champagnes 10-20 years.
At what temperature should wine be served?
Sparkling wines: 6-8°C. Young whites: 8-10°C. Structured whites and rosés: 10-12°C. Light reds: 14-16°C. Structured reds: 16-18°C.
Do I need to decant wine?
Young and tannic red wines benefit from 30-60 minutes of decantation. Great mature reds (over 15 years old) require attention: it's better to open them at the moment.

Organic means cultivation without synthetic pesticides and fertilizers (EU certification). Biodynamic adds a holistic vision of the vineyard (Steiner, Demeter certification).
