Shipping to Switzerland
We ship throughout Switzerland via Planzer Parcels with tracked service.
Shipping Costs:
Up to 6 bottles: CHF 12.00
From 7 to 12 bottles: CHF 24.00
Over 12 bottles: CHF 36.00
FREE shipping for orders over CHF 400.00 or more than 24 bottles
Delivery Times:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days across Switzerland. For remote areas and peripheral Cantons, delivery times may extend by 1-2 days.
Pick-up directly at the Wine Shop:
It is possible to pick up your order directly at our Wine Shop by appointment. Please contact us by email or phone to arrange the day and time of pick-up. Pick-up is free of charge.
Sales reserved for adults (18 years old)
In compliance with Swiss law, the sale of alcoholic beverages is exclusively reserved for adults. Upon delivery, the courier may request an identification document to verify the recipient's age. We do not sell alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years of age.

All payments are protected by SSL encryption and processed by PCI-DSS certified providers.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a bottle damaged during transport or with an evident defect (compromised cork, torn label, suspicious contents), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending photos of the product and the outer packaging to vino@unavitadivino.ch. We will proceed with a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice. Once the returned goods are received and verified, we will process the refund within 7-14 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
