Tartarini's Sambuca

Ingredients: Star Anise, Green Anise, and Wild Fennel.
Tasting notes:

A fine, typically artisanal liqueur, obtained from the combination of refined botanicals, each steam-distilled separately, following the ancient family recipe. The extracted essential oils contain important therapeutic properties that give the liqueur its characteristic aroma.

They are then expertly processed in a highly soluble sugar solution to create a clear, crystalline, velvety, and pleasantly sweet liqueur with a warm and decisive taste contrasted by a very fresh finish.

Sambuca Tartarini is excellent enjoyed neat with just a coffee bean or iced, refreshing and thirst-quenching by adding only ice and water.
