Aging: It rested, macerated, and aged on its lees for 3 months. Bâtonnage was performed to extract maximum fruit aromas and flavors.
Tasting Notes: Bright yellow color with golden reflections; ripe and sweet white fruit, notes of jams, spices, and wild herbs; warm, with citrus touches, fresh with good acidity, persistent and distinctive. Ideal to accompany fish dishes, seafood, risottos, and cheeses.
