Tasting Notes: Chardonnay grapes from the Sonnhalde vineyard in Villnachern, which guarantees freshness and persistence, and grapes from the Rägnisbühl vineyard in Schinznach-Dorf, which provide body and structure. A rare first Chardonnay, only 3 barrels were produced. Minimum yield of 400–500 g/m²; hand-harvested. The average age of the vines is over 20 years.
