Tasting notes:
Intense yellow with brilliant golden reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruit, such as pear and peach, stand out, then turning to notes of banana combined with hints of butter, vanilla and pastry. The sip is ample, rich and elegant: balance and softness prevail. Persistent and long, the fruity and rich notes present on the nose reappear on the palate, with tertiary aromas, vanilla above all, and fine notes due to wood aging.
