  • Aging: The various batches of wines that make up Vespa Rosso are separately placed in oak barriques where they begin the aging phase for about 18 months. Subsequently, the wines undergo a further 18-month aging in the bottle.
  • Tasting notes: Vespa Rosso, unusually fruity and structured for a "cold climate" wine, nevertheless retains much of the spice and earthy notes that characterize Friulian reds.
