- Aging: For 8-9 months; half in 500-liter vats and the rest in 228-liter barrels from 3 or 4 wines. The wines are blended and then left to rest for 1 month in stainless steel tanks.
- Tasting Notes: A wonderful elegance on the nose, which is also reflected on the palate. Ripe and fine aromas of red fruits, licorice, and delicate wood. An extraordinarily beautiful structure extends to the finish. A truly excellent Gamay, which also has great aging potential.
