- Tasting notes: It coats the glass with ruby red and garnet red hues. The nose releases a richness of evolved fruity notes and sweet spices, almost reminiscent of a chocolate praline filled with raspberry syrup and candied cherry. In the mouth, it is warm and very enveloping thanks to soft tannins. It has excellent balance and a finish of jammy fruit. Pairings: In addition to roasted red meats, it can also be enjoyed with aged cheeses.
