Aging: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Tasting notes: Gewürztraminer is a well-structured white wine, straw yellow to golden in color, with a delicate, sometimes pronounced, and pleasantly dry aroma, with a slightly spicy taste. In addition to fine spicy notes, hints of cloves, roses, and lychees are also perceived. It pairs well with fish appetizers, pâté, foie gras — also excellent as an aperitif.
