Aging: Aging takes place over 16 months — 50% of the wine matures in French oak barriques, while the other 50% remains in large oak barrels, to achieve a perfect balance between fruit and complexity.
Tasting Notes: Intense aromas of black fruits dominate the nose, accompanied by liquorice, violet, and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is powerful yet elegant, with fine, silky tannins and remarkable freshness. The long finish is supported by subtle toasted and chocolate notes. Perfect with grilled red meats, especially lamb chops or beef steak. It also harmonizes wonderfully with aged cheeses or spicy cured meats.
