Tasting Notes: elegant, with fruity notes of golden apple and
white flowers. On the palate, very dry, fresh and structured, citrusy,
elegant with a persistent finish. Excellent for important aperitifs, but given its peculiar characteristics, it is to be considered a full-bodied wine,
especially with fish and shellfish.
