Dorst & Consorten is an innovative German wine project in the Pfalz region, led by itinerant winemaker Stefan Dorst. The concept behind the brand is cooperation rather than competition: Dorst collaborates with various winemakers in the region ("the consorts") to create unconventional and high-quality wines that deviate from globalized mass tastes.
