Tasting notes: Visual examination: intense amber, tending to golden yellow. Aroma: delicate, complex, particularly warm, soft, persuasive, elegant, with noble finesse and intensity, reminiscent of bread, orange peel, wild flowers, ruby, elderflower, vanilla, plum, dried fruit, raisins. Taste: soft, rich, enveloping, intriguing, velvety, very harmonious, graceful and delicate, then exploding on the palate with an authoritative and almost infinitely persistent aroma, leaving a hint of vanilla, almonds and cocoa.
